Our journey began like many love stories do—unexpectedly.

We met at a time when neither of us was particularly looking for love, but as fate would have it, our paths crossed, and our lives were forever changed. From the start, Joseph was relentless in his pursuit to get me out on a date. He saw something special in me and wouldn’t take no for an answer. His persistence paid off when I finally agreed to go on that first date at the Boathouse at Sunday Park. It was there, by the water with a beautiful sunset as our backdrop, that we both felt a connection that was undeniable. As we continued to get to know each other, our bond grew stronger. We connected over shared experiences, dreams, and even the challenges that shaped who we are today. Our love story took its next big step on June 24th, 2023, in the magical Redwood Forest in California. Surrounded by towering ancient trees, Joseph got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. The setting was perfect, a moment that felt timeless and sacred, and one we will cherish forever.

As we prepare to say “I do” on January 4th, 2025, we are reminded every day of how far we’ve come and how blessed we are to have found each other.
